Human Empowerment Institute, LLC (HEI) serves as a substance abuse and mental health treatment facility that provides treatment services to adults & juveniles, including outpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial care services. HEI provides assessment and treatment services to persons at the facility for specific or co-occurring disorders daily.
We utilize the "best practices" genre to model compassionate, client-oriented care to a culturally diverse target population, while connecting individuals to services along a continuum of care.
